This is a picture taken in 1977 of the bus stop at Second & Santa Clara.  This is the location of the Southbound Santa Clara Station on the Guadalupe LR line, which first saw service over 10 years after this picture was taken.  At the time the picture was taken, this was the main layover location for the buses that ended downtown.  The buses in this picture include Twin Coaches, a couple of Old Looks, and a couple of New Looks.  By the time LR started running, all of these buses had been retired from service.  Picture used with permission of P. Ehrlich.

An electric Rav4.  This is now a common non-revenue vehicle.

This is one of VTA's road supervisors vans.
